About Pampurred Paws Mobile Cat Spa

Each client will need to have an intake form filled out and on file. The information will be collected either in person, telephone or email, before initial services are provided. 

Each client will be required to read and sign the outlined terms and conditions. Please review the form before your first appointment, a copy to sign will be provided at the time of your appointment.
